REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At MreignStudio, each item is carefully handcrafted to order. The production time varies from 3 hours to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the item.

 

We strive to ensure the highest quality, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

 

•Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

•Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached).

•Returns are accepted if you receive:

     •An incorrect item

     •A defective or damaged item

     • A product that does not fit and requires resizing (see Exchange Policy)

 

 

2. RETURN LABEL & RESTOCKING FEE

 

•A return label is included in the package.
•A £14 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.

 

 

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

•Engraved or personalized items

•Panty harnesses

•Sample sale items

•Used or worn items (including items with scratches, deodorant, or makeup marks)

 

 

4. REFUNDS

 

•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

•Refund processing time is up to 14 business days after the returned parcel is received.

•If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will also cover the return shipping cost.

 

 

5. EXCHANGES

 

•If an item does not fit as expected, we offer an exchange or resizing service.

•Please contact us at adjtg243@gmail.com  within 14 days of delivery to arrange the exchange.

 

 

6. IMPORTANT NOTES

 

•Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any item back.

•Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or lack of response from the recipient are not eligible for refunds.

•We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows proof of delivery.
